Lemon and Mascarpone Tart

Backtracking: Our so-so Lemon and Mascarpone tarts that we made last Thursday. I forgot to turn down the oven temp, so our tarts weren't as custardy as expected =( I liked the citrusy flavour though, but Maddy didn't, not as much. Well, it's just here for the record, haha.

Here's Maddy terrorizing my birds. You can see the poor dears huddling in the farthest corner.
